1. Navigate to the driver app, log in and start your shift
2. You will now be looking at the list of jobs that you have been allocated for the shift. To view the job in more detail prior to starting it, tap the job to expand it
3. Tap the "JOB INFO" button to view more details. If there is additional job information, it will show this below
4. To start the job, swipe the job across from left to right
5. Here, you will be asked to drive to the pickup address. Once you arrive, to confirm that you're at the pickup address, tap the orange marker located below
6. Tap the "START LOADING" button pictured below
If the start loading button appears red, this means that you're not within the address geofence set up by your allocator. If the start loading button appears green, this means that you are within the address geofence set up by your allocator. If you're not within the address geofence, don't worry, you will still be able to continue by tapping the "START LOADING" button above
7. You will now confirm the different items that you will be loading onto the vehicle. To edit the quantity of an item, tap the "Edit Qty" button as shown below
8. Enter in the correct quantity by tapping on the quantity field and typing in the new value. Once you are happy with your changes, tap the "Confirm" button
9. Tap the "Load All" button once you have loaded the vehicle
10. You have now loaded the vehicle at the pickup location. Tap the "Proceed" button to continue
11. If configured for this job, you may now be asked to complete a proof of pickup (POP). If there is someone available on site to sign off for you, tap the "CONSIGNEE" button
12. If you do choose to enter a consignee, you'll have to type in their name into the "Consignee" field shown below
13. If there is no one to sign off on site, simply tap the "DRIVER" option and complete the POP as a driver
14. If configured for this job, you may now be asked to capture a POP image. This is an image of the items that you're loading at the pickup location. Simply tap on the camera button and capture your images as proof for the pickup
15. Tap the "SIGN" button to open the signature screen
16. Sign the screen and tap the "tick" button below
17. Then tap the "SUBMIT" button to submit the POP
18. Now that you have loaded the vehicle, you will be asked to drive to the delivery address. Once you arrive, to confirm that you're at the delivery address, tap the orange marker located below
19. Tap the "START UNLOADING" button pictured below
If the start unloading button appears red, this means that you're not within the address geofence set up by your allocator. If the start unloading button appears green, this means that you are within the address geofence set up by your allocator. If you're not within the address geofence, don't worry, you will still be able to continue by tapping the "START UNLOADING" button above
20. You will now confirm the different items that you will be unloading from the vehicle. To edit the quantity of an item, tap the "Edit Qty" button as shown below
21. Enter in the correct quantity by tapping on the quantity field and typing in the new value. Once you are happy with your changes, tap the "Confirm" button
22. Tap the "Unload All" button once you have unloaded the vehicle
23. You have now unloaded the vehicle at the delivery location. Tap the "Proceed" button to continue
24. If configured for this job, you may now be asked to complete a proof of delivery (POD). If there is someone available on site to sign off for you, tap the "CONSIGNEE" button

You have now successfully completed a job in the driver app. You will now be able to move onto your next job or log out if it is the end of your shift
