The planning screen will show you all of your upcoming, idle jobs, as well as your in-progress jobs. The planning screen does not show you any completed jobs. From here, you can edit jobs individually or in a batch. You can also create your own customised planning screen with your own columns and filters and export customised reports.
1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click "Operate" from the side menu
3. Click the "Planning" button from the drop down menu
4. Along the top of the screen are your columns. The planning screen will show you every piece of information in their own column with regards to each individual job
5. If you want to make changes to a job from here, click on the job to highlight it
6. Then right-click on the job to prompt the pop-up menu.
7. To quickly edit the key information in the job, click the "Quick Edit" button from the pop-up menu
8. To export these jobs from the planning screen, click either the "Export to CSV" or "Export to Excel" buttons from the pop-up menu
9. To edit the selected job and edit any data in the job, click the "Edit Job" button from the pop-up menu
10. To open up the job in a new tab to view all of it's data and information, click the "View Job" button from the pop-up menu
11. If you wish to quickly update the job information for multiple jobs at once, you can click multiple jobs and highlight them as shown below
12. Once the jobs are highlighted, you can right-click on them to prompt the pop-up menu and conduct quick edits and even export these selected jobs as well
13. If you want to customise your planning screen and swap/ remove columns, click the "Columns" tab from the side of the screen as shown below
14. This will then prompt a side menu where you can tick and drag which columns you would like to be present. If you want to enter pivot mode, click "Pivot Mode" and you will be able to create your own customised pivot tables
15. Select the columns that you want visible on your planning screen by ticking/ unticking the columns as shown here
16. To re-order the column display in your planning screen, you can click and drag the toggle bars on each column and simply order them in terms of preference here
17. If you want to apply filters to the planning screen you can do so by clicking the "Filters" tab from the side menu
18. Then click on the columns that you would like to filter by and implement your filters
You now know how to use the planning screen. Once you have prepared and scheduled your jobs from here, they are now ready to be allocated and then processed by your drivers
