1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click the "Operate" tab from the side menu
3. Click the "Jobs" button from the side menu
4. You will now be looking at your jobs screen. The jobs screen shows all jobs within your Allotrac.io site. This includes both completed jobs and non-completed jobs
5. To search for an individual job using the job's reference number, click the filter menu button as shown below. This won't appear until you hover your cursor over a header
6. Click the triangle button within the filter menu as shown below
7. Click the drop down menu to include a condition for your search filter
8. Click the "Filter..." field and type in the Job ID for the job you're trying to search for
9. Once the job listing screen loads the correct results, click away from the filter menu
10. Right-click anywhere along the job to prompt the quick menu
11. If you wish to edit this job, click the "Edit" button from the quick menu. This will open up this job in edit mode in a new tab for you to make your changes
12. If you wish to view this job, click the "View" button from the quick menu. This will open up this job in view mode in a new tab for you to analyse the job's information
13. If you wish to delete this job from your instance, click the "Delete" button from the quick menu. This will permanently delete this job from your system
14. If you do wish to delete the job, click the "CONFIRM" button in the pop-up message
15. If you wish to export this job into a CSV Export, hover over the "Export" button and click the CSV or Excel Export button. Depending on which format you choose here, you will immediately download an export of all of these filtered jobs
16. If you wish to configure which headers display on the job listing screen, click the filter menu button as shown below. This won't appear until you hover your cursor over a header
17. Click the headers button within the filters menu as shown below
18. You can then tick and untick the headers that you want enabled or disabled on your job listing screen
19. If you wish to assort the results from top to bottom, or bottom to top alphabetically, you can click on the text of a header to do this
