Creating saved job templates

Save pre-filled job templates to select from when creating regular, repeat jobs in your site

1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io instance

2. Click the "Create" button from the home screen

3. Click the "Jobs" button from the drop down menu

4. As an example, we will save a billable client in this template. Click the "Billable" field as shown below

5. Select a contact from the drop down list or type in a contact name and select it once it appears

6. As an example, we will also save an origin/ pickup company in this template. Click the "Pickup From" field as shown below

7. Select a contact from the drop down list or type in a contact name and select it once it appears

8. Once you have pre-filled the job form, scroll up to the top of the job form and click the ">" button as shown below

9. Click the "ADD TEMPLATE" button from the side menu that slides out

10. Type in the name that you want to assign to this saved job template

11. Then click the "Save" icon as shown below to save the job template

You have now saved this job template for your user profile within your Allotrac.io site. You will now be able to select this template to pre-populate your job form instead of manually having to complete the job form
