1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click "Create"
3. Click "Jobs"
4. Click the Job Reference field if you wish to assign a name to this job. This is generally used to attach your client's purchase order number, or is commonly used as an internally used naming convention job number for each individual load. If you don't assign the job a Job Reference, there is no need to worry. We create an Allotrac Job ID for every job in your system for you.
5. Click on the calendar field and select a planned date for this job
6. Click the "Fleet" field and select the correct fleet to assign this job to. Please note that this is not mandatory to create a job
7. Click the "Shift" field and select a shift to assign this job to. Please note that this is not mandatory to create a job
8. Select a Billable contact from the dropdown menu, then choose a pickup and delivery location for the job. The addresses will automatically be populated unless a contact has multiple addresses, in which case you will have to choose an address from the dropdown.
9. Click the "Items" field and select the product that you will be transporting in this job
10. Click the "Quantity" field and type in the quantity of product that will be transported in this job
11. Click on the blue " + ADD" button located on the right hand side of the window. Repeat this as many times as needed.
12. Under the "Duplicate Jobs" tab, type in a number more than a value of 1 if you wish to duplicate this job. This will create 2 or more of this exact job, in the event where a customer asks for this job to be completed more than once. It also saves you time from a job entry perspective, only having to enter the job once, rather than 3-5 times
13. Click "SAVE"
You have now created this job within your Allotrac.io site. This job will now be ready for allocation and driver completion
