1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click the chat button located in the top right corner of the screen as shown below
3. Click the "+" button to create a new chat
4. Click the "Recipients" field
5. Click the users that you would like to send a message or start a chat with
6. Click the "Type a message" field down the bottom of the chat and type in what you want to send to them
7. Once you have typed your message, click the ">" button to send it. You can also hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard as well
Your message has now been sent. Wait for their reply and manage multiple chats if you wish to
