How to configure your invoice templates

Customise the default templated information that will pre-populate on your invoices

1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site

2. Click the "Configure" tab from the side menu

3. Click the "Invoice Templates" button from the drop down menu

4. Select either "Classic, Modern or Minimal" for your invoice template format

5. Click the "Logo" field to upload your company logo

6. Click the "Signature image" field to upload your company signature

7. Click the colour field to select the primary colour for the invoice template

9. Type in the "Signature text" for the invoice template here

10. To show the payment date on the invoice PDF, enable this toggle here

12. Set the maximum amount of decimal places in your pricing for your invoices here

14. Type in the default text that you want to appear in the invoice

15. Type in any relevant local tax clauses here

16. If applicable, select the correct Destination for the tax clauses

18. Type in the default message for the email that they receive when you send a customer an invoice

20. Type in the footer text for your invoice template

21. Type in the email address that you want the invoice emails to be sent from

22. Click the "Add Sender Email" button to save this email address as the "Sender Email"

23. Click the "Save customizations" button to save your changes

You have now customised your default invoice template settings. These changes will now be live and will now show on both the invoice email and the PDF invoice
