How to send your approved invoices

1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site

2. Click the "Finance" tab from the side menu

3. Click the "Send Invoices" button from the drop down

4. Click the "Search" bar and type in to search by client, invoice number, references and more

5. Click the "eye" button to view and edit the invoice if you need to before sending it. This will then open the invoice

6. If an invoice needs to be unapproved and removed from this screen, click the "UNAPPROVE" button

7. You can also re-approve the invoice by clicking on "APPROVE" after unapproving an invoice

8. When the invoice is ready to be sent to your customer, click the "SEND" button. When you click this send button, the invoice will go to this contact's primary email address

Your customer should now have this invoice
