How to manage all of your documents

1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site

2. Click the "Manage" tab from the side menu

3. Click the "Documents" button from the drop down

4. You will now be looking at all of your documents within your site

5. The "Owner Type" determines where the document stems from. This could be a job document, a driver document, a vehicle document or a project document

6. The "Primary Owner" column will show the link to the physical owner of the document. If the Primary Owner of the document is a vehicle, the value for this field will be a direct link which will open up that vehicle if you click on it so you can amend and edit the document

7. The "Document Type" column will show the type of document that the document is. For example, if it is a Vehicle Registration document type, it will show in this column.

8. The "Document Name" column will show the name of the attached file for the document

9. The "Description" column will show the description for the document type

10. The "Expiry Date" column will show which date the document expires on

11. The "Expires In" column will show how many days each document has until their expiration dates

12. Click the link to open the owner of the document. From there, you will be able to edit the document if you need to

13. Click the "View" button on each document to open the document file

You now know how to manage your documents within the documents screen
