1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click the "Site Subscription" tab from the side menu
3. You will now be looking at your current subscription plan. If you need to update the number of vehicle licences in your subscription, you can add to this here. Just simply type in the new number of vehicles you require
4. Once you have made changes to your subscription, to make these changes effective, click the "UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION" button
5. Click the "CONFIRM" button to save your changes
6. You should then receive a notification alert for the successful update
7. To update your payment details or cancel your subscription, click the "CUSTOMER PORTAL" button
8. If you need to cancel your Allotrac.io subscription, click the "Cancel subscription" button
