1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site
2. Click the "GO LIVE NOW!" button from the dashboard
3. Click the "+" button to select which plan you would like to purchase
4. To view the features and functionality that each plan offers, click the "COMPARE PLANS" button to open our pricing plans and feature set
5. Once you have selected the plan that you would like to purchase, click the vehicles field and type in the number of vehicles in your fleet that the software will be adopted by
6. If you require any Allotrac Credits for the month, click the "+" button below
7. Type in the number of batches of 1000 Allotrac Credits that you will require on a monthly basis. Allotrac Credits are used for features such as Allie - AI Assistant interactions, API usage, Invoice management, document management, email & text notifications and more.
Allotrac credits can only be purchased in batches of 1000. For example, if you require 2000 credits for any given month, type in a quantity of 2 in the screenshot above (2 x 1000 = 2000 credits per month)
8. If you require Allotrac Invoicing for the month, click the "+" button below
If you require Allotrac Finance or intend to send your invoices to other accounting packages such as MYOB or Xero, click the "+" button to add Invoicing to your subscription
9. Once you're happy with your subscription, click the "CHECKOUT" button
10. Enter your payment details
11. Once you have entered your payment details, click the "Start trial" button
12. Your site will now clear out any existing demo data. Once this finishes, click the "GET STARTED" button
You have now successfully started your new Allotrac.io subscription!
