1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your Allotrac.io site

2. Click "Track" from the home screen

3. Click the "Telematics" button from the drop down menu

4. Click the "Polygon" button in the top left hand corner of the telematics screen

5. Click on the map to start your customised polygon geofence

6. Click again to continue the polygon

7. Right-click on the area where you want the geofence to end

8. Once you right-click, you will then be presented with the configuration for this geofence. Type in a Geofence Name

9. To make this geofence eligible for entry notifications to be triggered, click the toggle button for "Entry Notifications"

10. To make this geofence eligible for exit notifications to be triggered, click the toggle button for "Exit Notifications"

11. If you wish to assign a maximum driving speed within this geofence, click the "Toggle Speed" button

12. Then type in the maximum speed limit for this geofence

If you have assigned entry and exit notifications for a geofence, as well as a speed limit, you can then conduct reporting on these figures per geofence

13. Click the "SAVE" button to add this static geofence into the system

14. To draw the static geofence as a circle, click the "Circle" button in the top left hand corner of the telematics screen

15. To start the fixed point of the circle, click on the map

16. Click elsewhere to set the radius or boundary for the circle geofence

17. Set the configuration for the geofence and click "SAVE" to add this geofence into your Allotrac.io instance

You have now created a static geofence within your Allotrac.io instance. If you opted in for entry, exit and speed limit records to be enforced, then you will now be able to report on these statistics
